Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana persepsi konsumen terhadap website bakery di Surabaya ditinjau dari aspek online servicescape, dan melihat seberapa besar online servicescape berkontribusi dalam minat pembelian produk bakery secara online, dengan cara mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisa data statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas reponden mempunyai tingkat persepsi yang tinggi terhadap online servicescape website bakery terutama terhadap atribut foto produk bakery di  website.
