Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa apakah kepuasan kerja dapat mempengaruhi OCB melalui komitmen organisasional. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 104 responden melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan pada karyawan cleaning service ISS Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional tidak dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
