ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENDORONG MASYARAKAT SURABAYA DALAM PEMBERIAN TIP DI CASUAL RESTAURANT

Abstract


Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendorong masyarakat Surabaya sebagaimana menjadi konsumen dalam memberikan uang tip di casual restaurant. Penelitian ini memiliki total 24 indikator yang disebar melalui kuesioner ke 150 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah analisa faktor. Hasil analisa faktor membentuk 6 faktor baru yang meliputi Server Individual Oriented, Self Esteem, Tangible, Consumer Value and Longterm relationship, Consumer Preference and

Compassion, Service Oriented. Detail pembahasan dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Kata kunci : Uang Tip, Analisa Faktor, Casual Restaurant.

 

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine what factors that encourage people of Surabaya as a consumer in giving tip money in casual restaurant. This study has a total of 24 indicators spread through questionnaires to 150 respondents.Data analysis techniques in this quantitative research is factor analysis. The result of factor analysis formed 6 new factors that is Individual Oriented Server, Consumer Psychology, Tangible, Consumer Value and Long-term relationship, Consumer Preference and Compassion, Service Oriented. Detailed discussion is described in this study.
