Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel intervening di Labore Coffee & Eatery Malang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 40 karyawan Labore Coffee & Eatery Malang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan dan positif & signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, begitu juga dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja tidak bekerja secara efektif sebagai variabel intervening.
This study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership to organizational commitment with job satisfaction as intervening variabel at Labore Coffee and Eatery Malang. This study involved 40 employees of Labore Coffee and Eatery Malang. This research using quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is using smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive & significant influence on organizational commitment and positive and significant on job satisfaction, moreover job satisfaction has positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction does not effectively functional as intervening variabel.
