Abstract


Abstrak- Kepuasan kerja adalah reaksi seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya yang memiliki banyak aspek yang saling terkait dan dirasakan secara emosional oleh seseorang. Dalam penelitian kali ini, peneliti menetapkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kepuasan Kerja memiliki 5 dimensi, yaitu Gaji, Promosi, Supervisi, Rekan Kerja, dan Pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan di Hotel d’season Surabaya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 31 karyawan di Hotel d’season Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki korelasi yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract- Job satisfaction is a person's reaction to the work that has many interrelated aspects and perceived emotionally by someone. In this study, researchers establish job satisfaction as variables that affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job satisfaction has five dimensions, namely Pay, Promotion, Supervision, Co-Worker, and The Job Itself. This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee at d'season Hotel Surabaya. The study involved 31 employees at d'season Hotel Surabaya. The results showed that job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
