Abstract


Abstrak         : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa motivasi positif masyarakat Surabaya dalam melakukan ulasan online hotel berdasarkan Hotel Experience. Variabel yang digunakan adalah price fairness, service quality dan atmosphere yang merupakan tiga variabel utama dari hotel experience.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling mempengaruhi motivasi positif masyarakat untuk melakukan ulasan online adalah price fairness. Sedangkan service quality dan atmosphere tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap positive eWOM motivation.

Abstract        :  This study was conducted to analyze the positive motivation that drives people of Surabaya to share their experience at hotel online review website based on hotel experience. Variables used are price fairness, service quality and atmosphere which are three main variables of hotel experience.

The method used is Linear Multiple Regression with SPSS program. The results showed that the variables that have the most influence toward customer’s positive motivation to do the online review is price fairness. While the service quality and atmosphere do not affect significantly to eWOM positive motivation.
