Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Calista Beach Bau-Bau, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan Hotel Calista Beach Bau-Bau tidak signifikan terhadap 3 variabel komitmen organisasional tetapi ada pengaruh positif dari motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen afektif dan normatif, sedangkan pada komitmen kelanjutan berpengaruh negatif.

This research was conducted at Hotel Calista Beach Bau-Bau, with the aim to determine whether the employee motivation has an influence on organizational commitment. This study took a sample of 30 respondents. Based on the research results, obtained that employee motivation Hotel Calista Beach Bau-Bau not significant to the three variables of organizational commitment but there is a positive influence on the motivation to work on affective and normative commitment, while the negative effect the continuation of the commitment.
