Abstract


Dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari, manusia tidak bisa dihindarkan dari perilaku konsumsi. Salah satu perilaku konsumsi yang paling sering dilakukan adalah makan. Dalam melakukan kegiatan makan terdapat meal duration, consumption norms, dan eating environments. Keberadaan ketiga variable di atas akan mempengaruhi consumption behavior. Consumption behavior diukur dari frekuensi, jumlah yang dikonsumsi, dan motivasi konsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dan Smart PLS. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara consumption norms, eating environments, dan meal duration terhadap consumption behavior masyarakat Surabaya.
