Abstrak – Persepsi Karyawan Terhadap Praktek Perilaku Tidak Etis di Hotel X
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi karyawan hotel X terhadap praktek perilaku tidak etis dan apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan jika dilihat dari jenis kelamin, area kerja, latar belakang pendidikan, dan usia responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada 200 karyawan yang bekerja di hotel X lebih dari 6 bulan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa statistik deskriptif, uji perbedaan Independent T-test, dan uji perbedaan One Way ANOVA. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan persepsi yang signifikan jika dilihat dari jenis kelamin dan latar belakang pendidikan karyawan, namun jika dilihat dari area kerja dan usia karyawan ditemukan adanya perbedaan persepsi yang signifikan.

Abstract – Employee’s Perception of the Practice of Unethical Behavior in X Hotel
This research is to find out the X hotel employee’s perception of the practice of unethical behavior and whether there are significant differences based on sex, working area, educational background, and age of the respondents. Data collection conducted from 200 X hotel employees who already work more than 6 months. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive with statistic descriptive analysis, independent t-test difference, and One Way ANOVA difference test. The result shows that there are no significant differences in employee’s perception based on sex and educational background, but based on working area and age of the employee there are significant differences in em,ployee’s perceptions of the practice of unethical behavior in X hotel.
