Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh environmental knowledge terhadap employee green behavior (EGB) Primebiz Hotel Surabaya. Data diambil melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 65 karyawan PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya. Penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental knowledge memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap employee green behavior PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dengan memperhitungkan variabel environmental attitude sebagai variabel mediator, maka pengaruh environmental knowledge terhadap employee green behavior PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya akan semakin kuat.

Abstract: This study was intended to analyze the influence of environmental knowledge on PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya’s employee green behavior (EGB). Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 65 employees of PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya. Quantitative method with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was used to test the research hypothesis. The results indicated that environmental knowledge positively influence PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya’s employee green behavior. Additionally, results indicated that environmental attitude could strengthen the influence of environmental knowledge on PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya’s employee green behavior.
