Open Access Policy

This journal provides open access to its content distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). This allows free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to soware, or use them for any other lawful purpose. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
