Perkembangan penduduk yang cukup pesat di kota Surabaya menyebabkan adanya tren perpindahan dari landed house ke vertical housing. Tapi sayangnya sering kali apartemen menengah kebawah tidak mempertimbangkan anak – anak dan hanya bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar padahal anak – anak memiliki pemahaman ruang dan kebutuhan ruang yang berbeda denga orang dewasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Setelah memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan dilakukan proses pengecheckan dengan variabel dan indikator ramah anak. Dari hasil data tersebut diperoleh parameter desain unit hunian ramah anak pada apartemen kelas menengah kebawah.References
