Abstract


Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support yang dilihat melalui ketiga dimensi perceived organizational support yaitu keadilan prosedural, dukungan atasan, dan penghargaan organisasi dan kondisi kerja  terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan hotel yang berada di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 94 karyawan  yang bekerja di hotel Surabaya. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara serempak, ketiga dimensi dari Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif dan secara parsial hanya penghargaan organisasi dan kondisi kerja yang berpengaruh secara signifikan. Ditemukan juga bahwa penghargaan organisasi dan kondisi kerja adalah dimensi yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan hotel di Surabaya.

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support seen through the three dimensions of perceived organizational support that are procedural justice, supervisor support, and rewards organization and job conditions to hotel employee’s affective commitment in Surabaya. This study used 94 employees that working in Surabaya hotel. From the results of the research, it is found that simultaneously, the three dimensions of Perceived Organizational Support have a significant effect on affective commitment and partially only reward organizations and job conditions that significantly influence. It was also found that organizational rewards and job conditions are the most significant dimensions of affective commitment.
