Abstract


Efektivitas tim adalah salah satu hal krusial yang dibutuhkan untuk menunjang keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas tim pada proyek konstruksi, khususnya pada proyek bangunan apartemen. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada para responden dari perusahaan kontraktor dan perusahaan konsultan manajemen konstruksi yang pernah/sedang mengerjakan proyek Apartemen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Analisis Mean dan Analisis Independent T-Test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan informasi dalam hal kepentingan proyek menjadi faktor utama yang paling berkontribusi menurut sudut pandang perusahaan kontraktor, sedangkan pemimpin tim yang menguatkan dan memberi dukungan positif pada tim menjadi faktor utama menurut perusahaan konsultan manajemen konstruksi. Di sisi lain juga terdapat perbedaan faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas tim dari sudut pandang kontraktor dan sudut pandang konsultan manajemen konstruksi pada proyek bangunan apartemen.
