Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui preferensi dan faktor yang berkontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh wisatawan senior memilih akomodasi di Malang dan/atau Batu. Malang dan/atau Batu merupakan destinasi yang dapat dituju oleh wisatawan senior di Surabaya mengingat bahwa sudah terdapat akses jalan tol sehingga wisatawan dapat sampai dengan lebih cepat. Teknik analisa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisa faktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat lima faktor yang berkontribusi dalam membentuk preferensi wisatawan senior dalam memilih hotel, yaitu kenyamanan, value for money dan bukti fisik, reputasi dan pelayanan, fasilitas, dan makanan.

Kata kunci: Preferensi, wisatawan senior, hotel.

 

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the preferences and factors that contribute to decision making by senior tourists choosing accommodation in Malang and / or Batu. Malang and/or Batu are destinations that can be addressed by senior tourists in Surabaya given that there is already access to the toll road so that tourists can arrive faster. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive with factor analysis method. The results of this study are five factors that contribute in shaping the preferences of senior tourists in choosing hotels, including comfort, value for money and physical evidence, reputation and service, facilities, and food.
