Abstrak

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi kasus pada karyawan hotel Sheraton Surabaya) melalui 3 dimensi, yaitu workload stress, job security stress dan shift work stress. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 109 orang responden sebagai sampelnya dan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dari ketiga dimensi tersebut, workload stress, job security stress dan shift work stress menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan.

Abstract

 

This study was conducted to examine the impact of Work Stress on Employee Performance (Case Study of Sheraton Surabaya Hotel Employees) through 3 dimensions, which are workload stress, job security stress and shift work stress. This study is using a quantitative research method and it involved 109 respondents as a sample, with a multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that of the 3 dimensions, workload stress, job security stress and shift work stress shows positive significant impact.
