Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli mahasiswa UK Petra Surabaya terhadap produk minuman kemasan yang dijual melalui vending machine. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 responden di Gedung P dan Q UK Petra. Metode yang digunakan dalam memproses data penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya lima faktor baru, yaitu kepastian, kemudahan, pengetahuan, lingkungan sekitar, dan promosi dan harga.

ABSTRACT

 

This research is conducted with the goal of determining factors affecting buying interest of university students in Petra Christian University, Surabaya, on beverage product sold through vending machine. This research is done through the distribution of questionnaires to 200 respondents in P and Q Buildings of Petra Christian University. The method used in processing this research’s data is factor analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 program. The result shows that there are five new-formed factors, which are assurance, ease of use, knowledge, physical surroundings, and endorsement and value.
