Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Hotel X Surabaya

Abstract

Leader Member Exchange merupakan kualitas hubungan timbal balik antara pemimpin dan karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Leader Member Exchange sebagai variabel yang memiliki 4 dimensi, yaitu affect, loyalty, contribution, dan professional respect. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari Leader Member Exchange dan kinerja karyawan di Hotel X Surabaya. Dengan sampel yang melibatkan 35 karyawan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange secara parsial berkorelasi secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; Leader Member Exchange secara simultan berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dimensi affection merupakan dimensi yang paling dominan berkorelasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel X Surabaya.

 

Leader Member Exchange is the quality of the mutual relationship between the leader and the employees in an organization. In this study using Leader Member Exchange as variables which has four dimensions, namely affect, loyalty, contribution, and professional respect. This study aims to determine the relationship of Leader Member Exchange and employee performance in Hotel X Surabaya. With a sample involving 35 employees, the results showed that the Leader Member Exchange is partially affected but insignificant to employee performance; Leader Member Exchange is simultaneously affected get positive and significant to employee performance; affection dimension is the most dominant dimension that correlate on employee performance in Hotel X Surabaya.
