ANALISA PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DI “D’SEASON HOTEL” SURABAYA

Abstract


Employee engagement merupakan sebuah sarana yang dapat membantu organisasi untuk meraih tujuan organisasi. Dalam penelitian kali ini, peneliti menetapkan model kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi employee engagement. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki 4 atribut yang harus dipenuhi, yaitu idealized influence, individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation dan inspirational motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap employee engagement di D’Season Hotel Surabaya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 41 karyawan tetap D’Season Hotel Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang parsial dan signifikan serta simultan dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement serta inspirational motivation berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap employee engagement di D’Season Hotel Surabaya.
