Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang ada di TX Travel Klampis Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh customer experience dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, akan tetapi customer experience memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
