PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN NON-FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI DI RESTORAN HERITAGE OF HANDAYANI SIDOARJO

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik maupun non-fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di Restoran Heritage of Handayani Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini meneliti 50 karyawan yang bekerja di Restoran Heritage of Handayani Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja fisik dan non-fisik memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of physical and non-physical work environments on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Heritage of Handayani Sidoarjo Restaurant. The data analysis technique in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study examined 50 employees who work at the Heritage of Handayani Restaurant, Sidoarjo. The results showed that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the physical and non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
