Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui atribut hotel apa yang paling penting bagi business travelers Indonesia, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan preferensi yang signifikan antara business travelers laki-laki dan perempuan Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang business travelers Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 faktor baru yang terbentuk yaitu lokasi dan promosi, general facilities, kualitas layanan dan value, makanan minuman dan teknologi, keamanan dan kenyamanan, kamar, dan fasilitas bisnis. Selain itu terdapat perbedaan preferensi atribut hotel yang signifikan pada faktor kualitas layanan dan value, faktor makanan minuman dan teknologi, faktor kamar dan faktor fasilitas bisnis dalam memilih hotel.

Abstract
This study is conduct to find the most important hotel attribute for Indonesian business travelers and to find the significant differences in hotel attribute preferences between Indonesian male and female business travelers. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires with sample size of 200 Indonesian business travelers. The result of factor analysis shows that there are 7 new factor consist of location and promotion, general facilities, service quality and value, food beverages and technology, safety and security, room, and business facilities. Also, the result of this study indicate that there are significant differences in hotel attribute preferences in the factor of service quality and value, food beverages and technology, rooms and business facilities when choosing a hotel.
