Abstrak
Penelitian ini akan dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi pengguna aplikasi Marriott Bonvoy. Dalam penelitian ini, ada 3 faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor fungsionalitas, faktor psikologi, dan faktor konten. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 82 responden sebagai sampelnya dan menggunakan teknik analisa data deskriptif dan analisa tabulasi silang (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor konten menjadi faktor yang paling penting bagi pengguna, diikuti dengan faktor fungsionalitas dan faktor psikologi. Pengguna aplikasi Marriott Bonvoy juga menilai aplikasi ini sudah sangat baik dari segi semua faktor.

Abstract
This research will be conducted to know the perceptions of Marriott Bonvoy application users. In this study, there were 3 factors examined, namely the factors of functionality, psychological factors, and content factors. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research involving 82 respondents as the sample and using descriptive data analysis techniques and cross tabulation analysis (crosstab). The results showed that content factor became the most important factor for users, followed by functionality factors and psychological factors. Users of the Marriott Bonvoy application also rate this application very well in terms of all factors.
