ANALISA PENGARUH KESIAPAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP PENERIMAAN TEKNOLOGI PADA KARYAWAN RESTORAN DI SURABAYA

Abstract


ABTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan teknologi
terhadap penerimaan teknologi pada karyawan restoran di Surabaya. Penelitian
dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan restoran di
Surabaya yang bekerja dengan bantuan perangkat teknologi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukan bahwa indeks kesiapan teknologi berpengaruh secara signifikan
terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap persepsi kegunaan. Perangkat teknologi di restoran di
Surabaya harus dapat dengan mudah digunakan, supaya dapat berguna bagi
karyawan yang menggunakan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of technology readiness towards
technology acceptance on Restaurant Employee in Surabaya. The study was
conducted by distributing questionnaires to 60 restaurant employees in Surabaya
who work with the help of technology devices. The result of research shows that
technology readiness index has a significant effect on perceived ease of use but
has no significant effect on perceived usefulness. Technology devices in
restaurant in Surabaya should be easy to use, so can be useful for employee
