Abstract


Our physical health is one of the most important things in life, then of the many ways by people in different parts of the world to always keep her body to remain healthy until old age. From changing pattern of food intake becomes more nutritious to exercise every day. Exercise 3 (three) to 4 (four) times a week can help support your healthy life. A wide variety of sports to do like jogging in the morning, athletic training, to the exercise in the fitness center.
