Abstract


Research was conducted to determine the influence of product quality and service on Lion Dance repurchase decisions. Data collection was carried out in the time period 16 November 2023 - 21 November 2023 via Google Form with the link petra.id/Survei Hong Yue Sheng and received 21 respondents. Research variables: Product and service quality is measured by indicators, price is measured by indicators, and repurchase interest is measured by indicators. The research results prove that product and service quality has a direct influence / price on repurchase intention. And repurchase interest has a direct influence on the quality of products and services. With a contribution to the total influence of product and service quality and price on repurchase interest.
