PENGARUH PERCEIVED USEFULNESS DAN EASE OF USE TERHADAP USAGE INTENTION APLIKASI INDRIVE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelajahi dampak Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Usage Intention aplikasi InDrive, sebuah platform inovatif dalam manajemen perjalanan bermotor. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada calon pengguna InDrive. Pengambilan data dilakukan dalam periode waktu 22 oktober 2023 - 13 November 2023 melalui Google Form dengan link http://petra.id/SurveyInDrive dan mendapatkan 163 responden. Responden penelitian merupakan seluruh orang dengan rentan usia mulai dari 16 tahun hingga 35 tahun yang pernah menggunakan layanan transportasi online dari InDriver minimal 1 (satu) kali dalam kurun waktu 3 (tiga) bulan terakhir. Variabel penelitian Perceived Usefulness dengan menggunakan 5 indikator, Perceived Ease of Use dengan menggunakan 4 indikator terhadap Usage Intention dengan menggunakan 4 indikator. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan persamaan model struktural dengan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya peran Perceived Ease of use terhadap perceived usefulness, dan usage intention.References
