PENGARUH STUDENT INTERACTIONS, GENERIC SKILLS OF TEACHERS, DAN PHYSICAL FACILITIES TERHADAP STUDENT SATISFACTION DI KURSUS MUSIK JAZZ CENTRUM

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  student interactions, generic skills of facilities, dan physical facilities terhadap student satisfaction siswa kursus musik Jazz Centrum. Pengambilan data dilakukan dalam periode waktu 20 Oktober 2023 - 20 November 2023 melalui Google Form dengan link http://petra.id/SurveyKepuasanSiswaJazzCentrum dan mendapatkan 195 responden. Variabel penelitian student interactions diukur dengan 2 indikator, generic skills of teachers diukur dengan 5 indikator, physical facilities diukur dengan 3 indikator, dan student satisfaction diukur dengan 6 indikator. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa generic skills of teachers dan physical facilities memiliki pengaruh langsung / direct effect terhadap student satisfaction, dan student interactions tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap student satisfaction.
