Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas layanan (service quality) dan kualitas makanan (food quality) yang mempengaruhi niat perilaku (behavioral intentions) melalui kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) Hai Di Lao.
