Relational Maintenance Atasan dan Bawahan Dalam Departemen Sales & Marketing di BW Luxury Jambi (Sebuah Kajian Fenomenografi)

Abstract


Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana relational maintenance atasan dan bawahan dalam Departemen Sales & Marketing di BW Luxury Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan metode penelitian fenomenografi. Dalam pemeliharaan hubungan (relational maintenance) yang terjadi antara atasan dan bawahan dalam Departemen Sales & Marketing menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya hubungan sebatas rekan kerja saja. Lebih dari itu, hubungan yang terjadi adalah hubungan kekeluargaan. Komunikasi dan koordinasi yang dilakukan dalam departemen ini sudah baik. Adanya keterbukaan dan transparansi antara atasan dan bawahan, sehingga memunculkan deep talk yang dilakukan oleh kedua pihak tersebut. Walaupun terjadi kedekatan antara atasan dan bawahan, akan tetapi hubungan tersebut tetap dibina secara profesional.
