ANALISA PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL BINTANG 3 DI SURABAYA

Abstract


Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi – dimensi Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel bintang 3 Surabaya. Dalam studi ini melibatkan 71 karyawan yang bekerja di bagian Front Office dalam 14 property hotel hotel bintang 3. Jenis penelitian menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi OCB meliputi (altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, dan courtesy) ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan dimensi civic virtue ditemukan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract : This study is to reveal the impact of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB)  dimension on employee performance in 3 star hotel Surabaya. Study involved 71 workers in Front Office  department under 14 3 star hotel properties. This research using quantitative method and using SPSS as data processing technique. The results show that OCB dimension including (altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, and courtesy) has positive and significant impact on employee performance, meanwhile, OCB dimension civic virtue has no significant impact on employee performance.
