Abstract

The main problem in this company is company data recorded manually by using paper so that the accuracy of data is not guaranteed. Another problem is the lack of responsibility and discipline of employees in performing the jobs given. Both of these lead to less effective business processes and lack of productivity.

Based on the background of the problem, the authors designed the system and application of payroll and attendance that can overcome the problem. The process of making it using Mysql and Visual Basic.

The results obtained from application that has been made are the company can use the method of a fingerprint in attendance, have a good management of the division of work to employees, and calculation of salary is easier and can be done automatically. The company has better time management because it has been assisted by a system that can tidy up the data - the division of work.
