Perencanaan dan Implementasi ISO 9001:2015 Pada Perusahaan PT. Cahaya Citra Alumnindo

PT Cahaya Citra Alumnindo is a velg production company. This aim of this
research to help design and renew the ISO 9001. PT Cahaya Citra Alumindo has applied
the ISO 9001:2008, this company have not renew their ISO. Internal audit is the method to
applied the ISO 9001:2015. The internal audit result showed that Clausul four to six showed
100%, thus clausul seven 95.38%, clausul eight 53.23% and the nine and ten clausul showed
100%.
