Abstract

The main objective of this research is to improve the technical competencies at PT X. Currently, the Technical Competencies lack an objective performance assessment. Therefore, this research aims to establish performance criteria based on the concepts of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to create relevant and assessable performance criteria for PT X's production floor. This research will also include the weighting of performance criteria using Pairwise Comparison and employee performance  standards based on
field studies. the output of this research one of them is to create the basis for evaluating employee performance standards in the production area through the Employee Performance Standard Evaluation. The results of this research are expected to make the performance assessment in the Technical Competency section of PT X's Skill Matrix more objective and structured.
