Abstract

PT. X faces numerous risks in its operational processes, underscoring the
importance of implementing OHSMS. Observations and gap analysis reveal that the company has not implemented OHSMS, particularly in managing K3 information. This study designs the concept and prototype of OHS Management Information System based on ISO 45001:2018 requirements. Research findings demonstrate that the developed solution aligns with the company's needs and ISO 45001:2018 requirements. Testing confirms compliance with the design guideline clauses, with respondent feedback from close-ended questions nearing the maximum score (5), and open-ended questions also indicating satisfaction. There are limitations in accessing supporting documents for OHS activities efficiently and in managing access restrictions to accident documentation, where one of these limitations can be addressed by proposing a remedial action to the company.
