Pengembangan Alat Evaluasi Kinerja Pemasok PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract

PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati is not only an official distributor of Becker Pumps
and Pedro Gil products but also provides service for various products such as vacuum pumps, roots blowers, compressor air ends, control panels, and air locks in its business operations. This study aims to develop a supplier evaluation method that can demonstrate supplier performance, thereby serving as a basis for evaluation and strategic decision-making for the company, as the company has never conducted supplier performance evaluations before. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority weights of the evaluation criteria and indicators. The criteria and indicators used in supplier performance evaluation are price (payment methods and price competitiveness), quality (number of rejects), delivery (lead time and timeliness), service attitude (speed in providing price quotations), flexibility (negotiation and ability to respond to urgent needs), and administrative (completeness of supplier documents). The data used are obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study show that quality, flexibility, and price are the top three priorities in supplier performance evaluation. The supplier evaluation tool has been applied to 18 suppliers and only one evaluation score is not suitable with current performance.
