Rancangan Dashboard Work Engagement Karyawan sebuah Pabrik Plastik
Abstract
The research was done at a plastic manufacturing company located in
Surabaya. The HR division wants to measure employee performance psychologically because, despite high employee appraisal results, productivity remains low. Additionally, there is no medium for visualizing and evaluating work engagement. Therefore, this study aims to describe the work engagement based on UWES and to design a power bi-based dashboard as a medium for visualization and evaluation. Data is collected from questionnaire results, which will then be analyzed descriptively and using one-way
anova. The work engagement of employees was mostly in the not engaged category, with the production division contributing the most actively disengaged employees. Characteristics such as work tenure of 1-2 years, position as operator/executor, female gender, last education of high school/equivalent, and age 28-42 years have the most actively disengaged respondents. The one-way anova analysis found that work tenure, position, and last education significantly affect the average work engagement of employees. The created dashboard consists of 3 pages: company, displaying overall information; division, displaying each division; and personal, displaying each individual.
