Monitoring Pergerakan Botol di Seluruh Cabang dan Pelanggan di PT X Dengan Perancangan Dashboard dan Fast, Slow and Non Moving Analysis (Analisa FSN)

Abstract

This research aimed to create a dashboard that can monitor bottle movement
within PT X's branches and customers, as well as analyze Fast, Slow, and Non-Moving (FSN) items at Branch Y. Previously, the company faced challenges in accessing bottle position information due to a lengthy process. To address this issue, a dashboard was designed to expedite data processing and analysis while delivering visually appealing visualizations. The dashboard utilizes bottle position reports and inventory data as its data sources. Data processing is performed using Google Colab and Google Sheets to enhance efficiency. The resulting processed data is then visualized in the Google Data Studio dashboard. In summary, the designed dashboard allows for information regarding bottle location supplied from Branch Y to all branch locations and customers of PT X while also allowing for FSN analysis of Branch Y.
