Abstract
seperti bermain game, aktif media sosial, browsing, menonton televisi dan minum obat tidur bukan menjadi solusi
yang baik. Bila dibiarkan, kondisi sulit tidur dapat berkembang menjadi gangguan tidur insomnia yang butuh
tenaga medis profesional. Insomnia dapat diantisipasi dengan kegiatan e-journaling, yang mampu mengurangi
tingkat stress kemudian membantu seseorang tidur dengan pikiran yang lebih rileks. Permasalahannya adalah
masyarakat belum tahu atau bahkan tidak sadar bahwa penyebab kesulitan tidur disebabkan oleh stres berupa beban
pikiran. Selain itu masyarakat belum mengetahui metode ini atau enggan memulainya karena alasan-alasan seperti
“tidak tahu harus menulis apa” atau “tidak biasa menulis”. Perancangan website ini tentang penjelasan seputar sulit
tidur, kaitannya dengan insomnia dan e-journaling, serta menyediakan platform untuk menulis e-journal itu
sendiri. Perancangan menggunakan Instagram sebagai media pendukung perancangan. Dengan perancangan ini
diharapkan pengguna dapat menggunakan media ini untuk melepaskan stres beban pikiran yang mencegah tidur
di malam hari.
