ANALISA PENGAPLIKASIAN TEORI WARNA DAN PENGGUNAAN SILUET DALAM DESAIN KARAKTER

Abstract


Mendesain karakter merupakan tahap yang penting sebelum membuat suatu cerita atau media. Karakter, dalam
media ilustrasi seperti komik, game, animasi, atau film, merupakan sosok manusia atau makhluk yang dapat dibuat
murni melalui imajinasi atau mengambil inspirasi dari dunia nyata. Meski menyampaikan suatu cerita tanpa karakter
merupakan opsi, keberadaan karakter memiliki peranan penting dalam menuntun alur dan menjaga ketertarikan
pembaca, sehingga desain karakter merupakan aspek yang perlu diperhatikan. Dua hal yang berperan penting dalam
mendesain karakter adalah warna dan siluet. Apabila diaplikasikan dengan benar, maka warna dan siluet dapat
membantu dalam memberi kepribadian dan memberikan identitas unik pada karakter. Metode analisis yang
digunakan adalah metode analisis konten. Tujuannya adalah untuk membentuk pemahaman mengenai suatu topik.
