Dampak Komitmen Manajemen dan Pemberdayaan Karyawan Dalam Penerapan Implementasi Supply Chain Management Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan di Jawa Timur

Abstract


Persaingan bisnis diantara perusahaan-perusahaan semakin meningkat sehingga perusahaan harus meningkatkan daya saingnya dengan mengimplementasikan Supply Chain Management. Implementasi ini tidak terlepas dari peranan komitmen manajemen dalam pemberdayaan karyawan sangat diperlukan agar interaksi fungsi antar departemen dalam perusahaan dan antar organisasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu didapatkan adanya peranan komitmen manajemen dalam memberdayakan karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Pengambilan data dengan penyebaran kuisioner terhadap fungsi-fungsi yang terkait dengan implementasi SCM pada 35 perusahaan manufaktur dengan 44 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program java web stat maka dihasilkan pertama komitmen manajemen puncak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement dan Organizational Commitment namun tidak berdampak terhadap implementasi SCM secara langsung. Kedua Employee Engagement berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Commitment dan implementasi SCM pada perusahaan dan memberikan dampak pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Ketiga bahwa commitment organization tidak berdampak pada implementasi SCM dan kinerja perusahaan.
