Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh enterprenurial intensity, organizational culture, dan learning organization terhadap competitive advantage. Penelitian ini diuji dengan bantuan GeSCA ( Generalized Structure Component Analysis). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 96 toko online di mana setiap toko diwakili oleh 3 responden sehingga responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 288 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu hasil dari kuisioner yang telah di isi oleh para responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan enterprenurial intenisty dengan organizational culture, enterpreneurial intensity dengan learning organization, enterpreneurial intenisty dengan competitive advantage, organizational culture dengan competitive advantage, dan learning organization dengan competitive advantage
