Abstrak

Hotel W Bali Seminyak merupakan salah satu hotel yang banyak mendapat penghargaan sebagai best hotel in Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, sistem kontrol yang tepat diperlukan agar karyawan dapat bekerja secara optimal. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sistem kontrol berbasis perilaku (SKBP) dan sistem kontrol berbasis hasil (SKBH) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan 100 responden yang sudah bekerja selama 1 tahun pada Hotel W Bali Seminyak. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa SKBP berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan SKBH berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dari hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui SKBH lebih dominan berpengaruh.

Abstrac

Hotel W Bali Seminyak is one of the hotel which has many awards as the best hotel in Indonesia. Therefore, an appropriate control system is required in order the employees to work optimally. This research is intended to know how far the behavior based control (SKBP) and output based control (SKBH) have an effect on employee performance.This research is done by using quantitative method and double linear regression, with 100 respondents who have worked for one year working experience at Hotel W Bali Seminyak. The research result show that SKBP has positively and not significant influencing employee performance, while SKBH has positively and significant influencing employee performance. So, from that research result SKBH is more dominant influent.
