Abstract


Abstrak – Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi-dimensi stres kerja terhadap turnover intention di hotel X Surabaya. Penelitian melibatkan 100 karyawan tetap di hotel X. Jenis penelitian menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi stres kerja meliputi (work overload, role conflict, role ambiguity, job demands, dan social support) ditemukan bahwa hanya dimensi role ambiguity yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan keempat factor lainnya didapati tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract - This study is to reveal the impact of job stress dimension on employee turnover Intention in X hotel Surabaya. Study involved 100 permanent workers in X hotel. This research using quantitative method and using SPSS as data processing technique. The results show that job stress dimension including (work overload, role conflict, role ambiguity, job demands, dan social support)  only role ambiguity dimension has positive and significant impact on turnover intention, and for the other four factors found that not quite able to explain the impact to turnover intention.
