Abstract


Abstrak – Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya manajemen konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Sheraton Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah smart PLS untuk menguji hubungan prediktif antar konstruk yang telah dijelaskan pada teori, sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat memberi informasi mengenai gaya manajemen konflik yang terbaik untuk diterapkan di Hotel Sheraton Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya manajemen konflik dominating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Sheraton Surabaya. Sedangkan compromising, obliging, avoiding berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan dan integrating berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Sheraton Surabaya.

Kata kunci: Gaya Manajemen Konflik, Kinerja Karyawan, PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling), dan Hotel Sheraton Surabaya.

 

Abstract – This study was conducted to determine the influence of conflict management styles on employee performance at Sheraton Hotel Surabaya. Data analysis technique used is smart PLS to test the predictive relationship between the constructs described in theory, so the results of this research can give information about the best conflict management styles to be applied in Sheraton Hotel Surabaya. The results showed that dominating conflict management style has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Sheraton Hotel Surabaya. While compromising, obliging, avoiding have a positive effect but not significant and integrating has a negative effect and not significant on employee performance at Sheraton Hotel Surabaya.
