Abstract


Abstrak - Penelitian ini dilakukan di 2 hotel yang berlokasi di Bali untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan dan Dampaknya terhadap Komitmen Afektif Karyawan di Hotel X dan Hotel Y. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriprif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan semi-terstruktur. Dalam penelitian ini, informan yang ditentukan adalah karyawan yang terlibat langsung dan mengerti tentang penerapan program CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua hotel telah menerapkan aktivitas CSR dimensi ekonomi, hukum, etika, dan filantropi. Dan dari penerapan CSR tersebut berdampak terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan terhadap hotel.

Abstract - The research was conducted at 2 hotels in Bali to analyze The Implementation of CSR and the Effect to Affective Commitment at X Hotel and Y Hotel. This research is descriptive qualitative using in-depth and semi-structured interviews. In this study, informants are the employee who are directly involved and understand about the implementation of CSR programs. The results showed that X hotels and Y hotels have implemented CSR activities in economic, legal, ethical, and philantropic dimensions. And this research have a result that the implementation of CSR has a positive impact on affective commitment of employees to the hotel.
