Abstract


Employee engagement di perusahaan sangat penting karena memberikan banyak manfaat sehingga setiap karyawan harus memiliki rasa engaged. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan dan turnover intention serta pengaruh signifikan dari turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 

 

Employee engagement in a company is so important because will give benefit so every employee must engaged. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant influence of employee engagement on employee performance and turnover intention and significant influence from turnover intention on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study using Smart PLS software (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and positive and significant to turnover intention, while turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
