PENGARUH ATRIBUT RESTORAN TERHADAP MINAT PEMBELIAN KEMBALI MELALUI KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI RESTORAN GIOI SURABAYA

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari atribut restoran yaitu kualitas makanan, kualitas layanan dan kualitas suasana dapat mendorong minat pembelian kembali melalui kepuasan konsumen di restoran Gioi Surabaya, serta variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian partial least square (PLS) dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dengan jumlah responden 300 orang. Berdasarkan dari analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ketiga variabel atribut restoran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen restoran Gioi Surabaya. Variabel kepuasan konsumen juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian kembali restoran Gioi Surabaya. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah kualitas suasana.

Abstract: This study is aimed to analyze the positive and significant impact of restaurant attributes such as food quality, service quality, and ambience quality to encourage repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at Gioi restaurant Surabaya, also which variable is the most dominant. The method to analyze the data is partial least square (PLS) with online questionnaire to collect data of 300 respondents. This study's findings show that all three restaurant attribute variables have positive and significant impact towards customer satisfaction at Gioi restaurant Surabaya. Customer satisfaction variable also has positive and significant impact towards repurchase intention at Gioi restaurant Surabaya. The most dominant variable is ambience quality.
