Abstract


Abstrak: Minat beli ulang adalah salah satu prediktor untuk suatu usaha dapat mendapatkan keuntungan dan bertahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang seperti kualitas makanan, kualitas layanan, dan citra merek di XYZ Surabaya dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisa data dilaksanakan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari analisa data tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas makanan, kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat beli ulang. Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa kepuasan konsumen dapat berperan sebagai mediator.
