Abstract


Penelitian membahas pengaruh erceived Benefit dan Perceived Sacrifice terhadap Perceived Value dan Behavior Intention dalam konteks penggunaan aplikasi e-wallet DANA. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 84 responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Pengukuran dilakukan dari variabel Perceived Benefit (X1) dengan indikator Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use. Variabel Perceived Sacrifice (X2) dengan indikator Perceived Financial Cost dan Perceived Risk terhadap Perceived Value (Y) dan Bihevior Intention (Z) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Hasil Perceived Benefit berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived value dan Perceived Sacrifice berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan dan Perceived Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Bihavioral Intention.
